14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. No questions asked.

Renewals

• Monthly renewals are not refundable once the new month has started, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.
• Yearly plans cancelled after the first 14 days are refunded for the full months that remain, minus any discount you received for paying yearly.

Service problems

If Daftar Books is unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, we will extend your subscription or refund the affected period.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@daftarbooks.com with your company name and the payment reference. We process approved refunds within 7 working days, to the same bank account or method you paid from. Bank charges for the transfer, if any, are deducted.

Payments through a payment provider

If you paid through a third-party payment provider acting as our reseller, the refund is issued by that provider to your original payment method, under this policy and the provider’s buyer terms.
